Automatic Ointment/Cream Manufacturing Plant is used to prepare medicated homogenised emulsion of Wax and Water to a particular formulation. It is useful for manufacturing of creams, ointments, pastes and gels for pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

This is a fully automatic process plant specially designed for manufacture of syrup, antacid and other liquid formulations. The entire process is PLC controlled, where product remains untouched and with minimum handling, ensuring quick, efficient and clean production.

A Fluid Bed Dryer with latest improvement in design make this unit a truly versatile one for pharmaceutical, food, dyestuff, chemical and polymer industries. All contact parts are made out of $.5.304/316 and are provided with isolated control panel.

The Rapid Mixer Granulator is designed to suit the requirements of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry. As the name suggests, this machine performs two operations - mixing and granulating. After mixing of dry powders or granules, subsequent wet granulation occurs producing loose granules, thus avoiding transfer of dry mixture.

A traditional vertical rotor mill, suitable for granulation, pulverising, shredding, chopping etc. from dry and wet materials. Rotor has 12 blades with blunt and knife edges for hammering and cutting action and is easy to remove. Speed is variable and reversible. Output varying from 100kg to 800kg per hour depending on product and screen.

Vibro Sifter is used for various applications like Sieving, Grading and Sizing of dry Powders and Granules in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food, Dye and Cosmetic industries. It is designed to Screen dry products through any mesh size as per particle size Also available in double / triple / four decks for multiple grading sizes in the same batch in the same process.

The machine is primarily suitable for mixing or lubricating of dry, freely flowing powders or granules. The machine has been designed for use in a pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing unit, in compliance with the latest GMP rules.

The Octagonal Blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules homogeneously. Octagonal Blender is suitable mainly for Crystalline & Granular material.
